KS Science Communication AB is my, Kristina Svensson’s, consulting company, where I serve as the sole owner and only employee.

I launched the company with a long-term contract for a primary client, keeping me busy at the moment. However, I’m always excited to discuss new opportunities and explore how I can contribute to additional projects.

Currently I am not seeking a permanent full-time position but otherwise I am flexible in my work arrangements, I can adapt to hybrid or on-site work settings both within and outside Sweden.

I am getting things done

ChemSkills conference in Novi Sad 2024

As a consultant, you are expected to focus on a specific area and become an expert in it. Well, my expertise is getting things done.

Whether it involves leading teams, managing projects, writing, analysing, speaking, or anything else—I can do it. While I’ve primarily worked as a consultant in the life sciences sector, my books cover a wide range of topics, and I am confident in my ability to work effectively in other sectors as well.

I publish books under another company

As you may have noticed, this page is hosted on a site primarily in Swedish, dedicated to my activities as a travel writer and photographer. I have two main areas of focus and two companies.

KS Science Communication AB (established in 2024) is a limited liability company dedicated to providing specialized consultancy services. Currently, I am primarily working in an international environment, which is why this, and my LinkedIn-profile, are in English.

KS Kommunikation is a sole proprietorship (Enskild Firma) that I have been running since 2000. This company will continue to manage my work as an author and other creative projects.

My creative pursuits enhance my flexibility as a consultant since most of my creative work isn’t time-sensitive. I typically focus on one client at a time, prioriticing their needs, and fitting my creative projects around this schedule. While I deeply enjoy my creative work, it can be solitary. The primary reason I take on consultancy roles is to connect with colleagues and be part of a collaborative environment. I thrive in projects where I can lead and interact with people.
