Project leader

As an accomplished project leader, I bring energy, focus, and a sense of possibility to every project. My presence often shifts the atmosphere in teams. With a proven track record across multiple sectors, I am truly versatile, able to tackle challenges and get things done, particularly where effective communication is key.

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led national and international projects, developed impactful communication strategies, and transformed marketing and branding initiatives. My experience spans various fields, including life sciences, where I’ve consistently delivered results even in complex settings.

I am flexible in my work arrangements, offering consultancy services or temporary roles, and can adapt to hybrid or on-site work settings both within and outside Sweden. While I am open to new opportunities, I am currently not seeking a permanent full-time position.

In addition to my work in the life sciences, I pursue other passions like blending science communication with travel photography. I also run a publishing company and occasionally teach, sharing my expertise with others.

These creative pursuits enhance my flexibility as a consultant since most of my creative work isn’t time-sensitive. I typically focus on one client at a time, prioritizing their needs, and fitting my creative projects around this schedule.

While I deeply enjoy my creative work, it can be solitary. The primary reason I take on consultancy roles is to connect with colleagues and be part of a collaborative environment. I thrive in projects where I can lead and interact with people.

With extensive experience in both English and Swedish, I offer a broad international perspective to my work. Having lived and worked full-time in the UK, and part-time in France, I’ve gained valuable insights into different cultures and work environments. Though I never mastered French, these experiences have enriched my ability to navigate global settings.

Based in Sweden, I’ve successfully worked in international projects, like the one in the picture, gaining hands-on experience in global and cross-functional settings. This has equipped me with the skills needed to manage complex projects with ease.
